Harris’ transcript of the roll at http://revwarapps.org/b81.pdf shows that Habon enlisted 14 Dec 1781, was 32 years old, was 5’6″, brown hair, gray eyes, dark complexion, a Planter residing in Richmond County, born in Westmoreland County, engaged as a substitute in Richmond County 12 March 1781 for the term of 18 months.
