Nash, John- Northumberland County, 18 Sept 1780 circular from County Lt Thomas Gaskins stating that on the 14th and 15th of Sept, Nash participated in a riot against the draft law and then absconded, and he was therefore condemned and ordered to be apprehended. [GASKINS]
