Yerby, William- Lancaster County; Called County Court 19-20 Feb 1778, William Yerby found guilty of “having furnished the enemies of this state with provision and other necessarys and particularly by delivering up a French vessel and cargo to two British ships of war”; he was referred to the General Court in Williamsburg for trial. [LANC16:9b-10a]

Young, James Jr- Augusta Co Court Martial 17 Oct 1776, summoned for not appearing at one muster, Capt William Anderson; 16 Oct 1777, acquitted. [ACCM:63, 79]
